By registering as a Sunday The Label customer and/or placing an order on the website, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out below. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions as and when required. Any changes will be updated on our website and become effective as soon as they appear online. Sunday The Label will as an online business trade using online methods; therefore all queries will be handled via email.
a. Sunday The Label will reserve the right to reject your order. Reasons may include, but are not limited to, the unavailability of an item or an error or change in the price displayed on the site.
b. Your order will only come into existence when confirmed by email that Sunday The Label has accepted your order with a confirmed receipt of your payment.
c. Sunday The Label does not guarantee that it will be able to make any changes, additions or cancellations to an order after it has accepted your order and it has confirmed receipt of your payment by email. However if an order has not been processed for delivery, change, additions or cancellations may still be possible during business hours only on Full priced items only. Sunday The Label will confirm that a request for a change, addition or cancellation has been met by sending you an email. No changes permitted to Sale orders.
d. If an item you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, you will be contacted by email and informed of the expected delivery date. You will not incur any fee for this process.
e. If an item you have ordered is sold out or has been discontinued after you have placed your order, you will be contacted by email and informed. You will not incur any fee for this process and your payment will not be processed.
All prices include GST at the current rate within Australia and are subject to change without notice. Prices for ordered goods are fixed once your order has been placed. Subsequent price changes either up or down will not be retroactively applied to orders. All orders are subject to packing /delivery charges and you agree to pay the appropriate packing/delivery charges specified.
Payment for online sales is available using Paypal and you authorise us to debit such nominated account for the price and packing/delivery charges if this payment method is used.
POSTAGE AND DELIVERY:
(a) Orders processed through the site are dispatched the next business day, once payment has been received into our account.
During SALE period the time to process orders may take up to 14 Business DAYS to process
A minimum processing time of 2-5 business days applies to all orders made within Australia.
International orders can take up to a week to be processed and dispatched.
(b) Orders are only delivered to your nominated address (NO PO BOXES PERMITTED)

(c) Sunday The Label e store cannot arrange for orders placed through the Site to be picked up from any location. All orders will be sent to the mailing address you provide to Sunday The Label when you place an order through the site. (d) All orders for delivery within Australia are fully tracked and sent via courier. Delivery within Australia generally takes 1-3 days after processing. (e) All orders for international delivery are shipped Via Courier or Australia Post. Deliveries to international locations generally take 7-14 business days after processing.(f) We do not take responsibility for lost parcels, if you require insurance please email us for a quote before finalizing purchases at checkout (g) If you have not received your order within the days specified please contact us at email@example.com
Before your order has been dispatched - if you wish to cancel your order you must notify us by email and if payment has been processed we will give you a credit equivalent to the price of the goods purchased. Credit is valid for three (3) months from the date of issue. No cancellations on Sale items.
After your order has been dispatched - if you wish to cancel your order you must notify us by email and return the goods to us in accordance with our returns conditions below. The cost of returning any goods to us is borne by you.
All items are checked prior to dispatch and best measures are taken to ensure safe delivery, however if you do receive faulty goods please contact us immediately via email to organise return. We will only accept faulty goods returned in proper condition as set out below. The cost of returning any goods to us is borne by you.
Faulty goods will need to be assessed by our staff and/or the manufacturer.
We follow Victorian legislation and have the right to repair or replace the goods.
Change of Mind
Sunday The Label will go to great lengths to accurately display and describe our goods online, however if you find your purchase is not suitable due to size, fit, shape or colour we will only accept goods returned in proper condition as set out below. The cost of returning any goods to us is borne by you.
Conditions on Returns
FULL PRICED items can be returned for store credit.
SALE purchases are final there are no returns on Sale items for change of mind.
Sunday The Label will offer a credit voucher only within 7 days of the delivery date. If an item is being returned notification via email of your intention to return must be emailed to sunday@ sundaythelabel.com as soon as the item arrives. A note containing the following must be included with your return parcel
1. date of purchase
2. order number
3. reason for return (faulty, dislike, wrong size)
4. action desired (refund, exchange)
We will only accept returns of Full Price goods in the following circumstances:
a. The goods are received by us within seven (7) days from the date the goods were dispatched to you
b. The original receipt is returned to us
c. The original tags have not been removed
d. The goods have not been worn, used, washed, soiled or damaged
e. In the case of faulty goods, no attempt has been made to repair the goods
f. In the case of swimwear, undergarments and earrings, returns will only be accepted if the goods are faulty. No exchange for change of mind
Provided the goods are returned to us in accordance with the above, we will we will give you a store credit equivalent to the price of the goods purchased
NO REFUND/CREDIT FOR POSTAGE. THIS IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER
Credit is valid for three (3) months from the date of issue.
If an item is unavailable a customer may request a refund to the method of payment or to store credit.

We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent you the wrong item or if the item sent is defective.
